Returns
are for defective merchandise only. If there is a defect or damage to
your order please contact us immediately. We will be happy to exchange
your purchase, issue a store credit, or refund your credit card within
60 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be authorized.
Please contact us to receive an authorization number.
Please
be aware that we do not accept returns on items that were not made by
us, including apparel & flip flops. If a different size is needed,
please contact us and we can exchange the size if we have the size
needed in stock.
Custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
ALL sale items are final.
Please
ship any returns with sufficient insurance. Gone Country Bling cannot
be responsible for returned items which have been lost in shipping and
cannot issue refunds on lost items.
